Joan Fraser passed away peacefully at home in Whitby on Thursday, January 30th, 2025, in her 88th year. Loving wife of Maurice Fraser. Beloved mother of Jim Fraser (Alison) and Heather Jones (Richard). Cherished grandmother of Graeme, Devin, Andrew, and Melissa. Proud great-grandmother of Owen, Kira, and Lincoln. Dear sister of Robert Blake, Evelyn Klementi, the late Muriel Lesage, and Linda Blake.
A memorial service for Joan will be held at All Saints Anglican Church (300 Dundas Street West, Whitby) at 11am on Tuesday, February 11th, 2025, with a reception following.
