With sadness, we announce the passing of Grace on February 12, 2025 at the age of 56. Reunited in heaven with her parents Leonel Luis and Sofia. Beloved partner to Steve and cherished mother of Carina (Kevin) and Leonel. Proud vavó of Alex, Mina, and Dominic. A cherished sister, she will be missed by her siblings Carlos, Perpetua, Francisca, Sofia, Luis, and Henry. An unforgettable Tia, she will be missed by her many nieces, nephews and their families.
Relatives and friends are welcome to Bernardo Funeral Home (2960 Dufferin St., south of Lawrence Ave. W.) for visitation on Friday, February 14, 2025 from 2-4 and 6-9 PM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Mary’s Church (588 Adelaide St., at Bathurst St.) on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 10:30 AM. Grace will then be laid to rest at Beechwood Cemetery (7241 Jane St., north of Steeles Ave.).
