Deschamps; George Rheal
In Loving Memory of George Deschamps.
It is with heavy hearts that his family announces his passing on Monday February 3rd with loving family at his side.
Beloved son, brother, uncle and much more. Also, known as a jokester, prankster and sheninigan maker. Always making light of things and bringing a smile or head shake to those around. A man who was a child at heart up until the very end.
George worked at Impacto for 31 years as a cutter of leather. They created specialized personal protective equipment creating safe workplaces for others. He was committed to his job and proud to have important work and happy to be part of his community.
George lived life the way he wanted and never held back in expressing his needs and desires. His interests included collecting comic books, going for walks, watching movies, collecting superman memorabilia and playing video games with his neices and nephews. He loved winter and being in aw of the falling snow, it was no surprise that with his passing came a beautiful snow fall carrying our broken hearts away with every perfect snowflake made for us as his last goodbye.
He will forever be missed.
A celebration of life will be held in the Spring on April 19th from 11AM-2PM for all those who wish to join. Location will be Wartman’s Funeral Home in Napanee, 448 Camden Road. Condolences may be forwarded online through wartmanfuneralhomes.com.
