George Jones Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of George Harold Jones on January 2, 2025 at The Loch Lomond Villa at the age of 77. Born in Saint John, NB, on March 17, 1947, he was the son of the late Stewart and Dorothy (Rodgerson) Jones.
George is survived by brother Howard (Margot) Jones; aunt Barb Seely; many cousins, nieces, nephews and also his good friend Stephen Tyler.
George loved working on old cars and he also enjoyed spending time going fishing.
Arrangements are under the care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (506-646-2424). As per George’s wishes there will be no formal visitation or service at this time. Private interment will be held in the spring of 2025.
Donations in George’s memory may be made to The SPCA or The Heart & Stroke Foundation.
