Fernand Joseph Ephrem Daviau
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Fernand Joseph Ephrem Daviau on January 20th, 2025, in Toronto. Fernand was a widower, having lost his beloved wife of 57 years, Gaetane Daviau, in 2018, and his daughter, Priscilla Daviau, in 2016. He is survived by his children, Lynda Daviau, Raymond Daviau (Stacey), Helene Daviau, and Eric Daviau (Cassie). Fernand was a proud grandfather to Spencer (Beth), Jake (Sarah), and Sawyer, and a great-grandfather to Henry and Nora.
Fernand’s family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to the staff of Humber River Hospital for their compassionate care and support. Cremation has taken place. A service of remembrance will be held at Marshall Funeral Home in Richmond Hill on February 23rd, 2025, at 11 AM. Visitation 1 hour prior. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Humber River Hospital would be appreciated by the family.

C’est avec une profonde tristesse que nous annonçons le décès de Fernand Joseph Ephrem Daviau, le 20 janvier 2025, à Toronto. Fernand était veuf, ayant perdu son épouse bien-aimée depuis 57 ans, Gaetane Daviau, en 2018, et sa fille, Priscilla Daviau, en 2016. Il laisse dans le deuil ses enfants, Lynda Daviau, Raymond Daviau (Stacey), Helene Daviau et Eric Daviau (Cassie). Fernand était un fier grand-père de Spencer (Beth), Jake (Sarah) et Sawyer, et un arrière-grand-père de Henry et Nora. La famille de Fernand souhaite exprimer sa sincère gratitude au personnel de l’Hôpital Humber River pour ses soins et son soutien compatissants. La crémation a eu lieu. Un service commémoratif aura lieu à la Maison funéraire Marshall à Richmond Hill le 23 février 2025, à 11h. Au lieu de fleurs, des dons à l’hôpital Humber River seraient appréciés par la famille.
