June 15, 1943-March 17, 2025
Peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital.
Dear wife of Leo for 63 years. Mother of Andrea (Dennis Harman), Darin (Amy), Juliana (Doug Adam) and the late Dean (Dawna). Grandmother to Tyler Taraschuk (Kelsey Pantilla), Erika Timmons (Matt), Kali, Donovan (Lindsay), Abigayle, Devyn and Marshall Bertolo. Great grandmother to Drew and Mila Bertolo, Vada and Nora Timmons.
Daughter of the late Lloyd and Reta Lemcke. Sister of Donelda McCabe, Sheila, Anita (Jack) Predinchuk, Don (Renee) Lemcke, and predeceased by her siblings John (Sheila), Noreen (Ted) Brooks and Bobby and Del Lemcke. Daughter-in-law of the late Leo and Rose Bertolo. Sister-in-law of Rosemarie Spina (late Joe), Ronnie (Mary), Lillian McDougall (late Cragg) and Gerald (Annette). Aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Doris will be remembered by her lifelong friends, the Garson family, Pat Bahry (late Bill), the late Mary Grace and John Napierkoski and Bev Brethat.
Thank you to the Great Northern Retirement Home for her daily needs and a big thank you to Dr. Jenkins, Dr. Dochroic and Dr. Buehner for your guidance.
As per her wishes, cremation and a private family inurnment will take place.
Memorial donations may be made to ARCH. Payable by cheque or online.
