Fretz, Carol passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family on Saturday January 4, 2025, at Campbell House at the age of 67.
Carol was the proud and loving mother of Carrie Fretz.
Born in Toronto to parents Art and Margaret Fretz, Carol is survived by her sister Jackie Fretz (Jeff Bremner); predeceased by her twin sister Laurel and brothers Jeff, Jimmy and Howard. She will be remembered fondly by her nieces and nephew and deeply missed by her many friends and colleagues.
Carol was kind and had a big heart; she would do anything she could to help others. She was unapologetically herself; she was unique, sassy and stubborn. She was very passionate and left a lasting memory to those who had the pleasure of meeting her.
Cremation has taken place, and no formal services will be held. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Georgian Triangle Humane Society or Alzheimer Society in Carol’s memory.
