Passed away suddenly at home with his loving wife by his side on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at the age of 72. Beloved husband of Linda “Lynn” (Romphf) Bailey for 45 years. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Elizabeth Hayward, and Barbara England. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, the extended Bailey family, and special friends from Wallaceburg and Sarnia. Predeceased by his brother-in-law Lyle Hayward and parents Earl and Marjorie (Armstrong) Bailey.
Dave was a kind-hearted and special soul, known for his warm and generous nature. He had a passion for good food and was always willing to lend a hand as a handyman on the side. Dave and Lynn cherished their time in Sarnia, where they lived for 11 years, before moving to Grand Bend 9 years ago to enjoy their retirement. He found joy in fishing and playing cards with friends, creating lasting memories along the way. Dave will be deeply missed by his loving wife Lynn and close-knit community of family and friends, who will forever hold him in their hearts.
