It is with profound sadness that the family of Fred Corley announces his passing on July 27, 2023.
Predeceased by his wife Marlene Corley, parents William and Noreen Corley, brother Robert Corley, son Robert Corley, and grandson Nathan Ashton.
Fred will be lovingly remembered by his children, Kathy Ashton, Pam Vaughan (and the late Robert Walker), Christine and John Vaughan, Suzette (Brad) Edgar, Roberta Vaughan, Bill (Norma) Corley, Patrick (Tammie) Vaughan, and Richard Corley (Carolyn).
He will be dearly missed by his grandchildren, Robert, Crystal, Andre, Jason, Natasha, Joel, Jillian, John, Nicole, Nicholas, Lacey, Kristen, Justin, Brittany, Jackson, and Sean, as well as great-grandchildren Mitchell, Deacon, Blake, Emmett, Cooper, Skye, and Charlie.
Friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home, 1152 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown, on Sunday, July 30, 2023 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Monday at 11:00 a.m. Interment Greenwood Cemetery
Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near. Still loved, still missed, and always dear.
Greatly loved and forever in our hearts.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, or a charity of your choice.
