Wayne Joseph Gregor, 75, of Burlington, ON, succumbed to his lengthy battle with cancer in the comfort of his own home with family by his side on January 2, 2023.
Wayne is survived by his daughters Cheryl (Garnet) Klause, Lorraine (Cliff) Zapp, Rhonda Tschirsch, Karen (Ken) Pasma and son Wayne (Jennifer) Gregor, Grandchildren Taylor, Nicole, Stephanie, Brittany (Andrew), Daniel, Adam, James, Jacob, Emily, Jordan, Jared, Jeremy, Austin, Aiden and Audrey great-grandchildren David and River and his sister Barbara Bernier.
He is predeceased by his brother Michael Gregor, former spouse Donna Adamson and son-in-law Dave (Rhonda)Tschirsch.
Wayne was always there to lend a helping hand and loved to putter. If it was broken, he would fix it. He loved sports, especially watching the Toronto Blue Jays with his dog Tessa on his lap. He enjoyed country music and was a talented musician himself. There was not an instrument that he could not play. Wayne was loved by all. Those who were blessed to have known him have many fond memories.
Cremation has taken place, and a private celebration of life for family and friends will be planned for a future date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be sent to your local humane society.
