It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Tiffanie Bruyere at the age of 40 in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Lovingly remembered by her parents Stella Houle and John Starr, brother Johnathan Starr, Richard Bruyere, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Tiffanie is predeceased by her daughter Ivy Lee Bruyere in 1999.
