Mom was a caring and loving daughter, sister, mother and grandmother. Always putting her family first and taking care of everyone.
Mom worked for many years at the #42 Legion, where she made many longtime friends. We celebrated her retirement from #42 with a huge part of family and friends from near and far.
Mom loved watching sports, football, hockey, baseball and especially curling and was an avid dart player. Mom also loved crocheting and gifted everyone many mementos of Christmas Santa’s and Mrs. Clause dolls, Christmas dollies and many favourite afghans we will treasure forever.
We love you and will miss you dearly, but we know that you are at peace. Which gives us comfort and makes the pain that much easier. You will be forever in our hearts, until we meet again.
All are welcome to attend a graveside service Monday, May 15, 2023 at 12:15 at St. Clements Cemetery, followed by a Celebration of Life at 1:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk, MB. The service will be livestreamed and can be viewed via the following link: youtube.com/live/j1iHE1MsVSY?feature=share
Condolences may be left on her tribute wall at www.gilbartfuneralhome.com
Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
