Obituary
The family of Sheila Williams sadly announces her passing on January 28, 2023, at Bobby’s Hospice. Sheila was the daughter of Warren and Dorothy (Crilley (Watson) and wife of Ervin Williams.
She attended St. Vincent’s High School from grade 7 to 11 and graduated from Mount Carmel Academy. She began her career at Emerson & Wheaton, then at Irving Oil before joining the staff at the National Bank, in Saint John, until she transferred to Moncton where she rose to be Assistant Manager.
Sheila was predeceased by her husband of 40 years, her parents and her brother John, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Left to mourn are her sons, David and Christopher; her grandsons, Ben, Henry, Ervin and Shea; and granddaughter, Violet. Also, by her sister, Lorraine Watson and her best friends, Pat Lockhart, Sheila Scullion; several cousins and her card playing friends in Brentwood.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home. There will be no visitation. After cremation, a Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Redeemer Parish (St. Pius X Church) on Thursday, February 2, 2023, at 1pm. Donations may be made to Bobby’s Hospice, Romero House, or a charity of your choice. Sheila also requested masses.
