Sister to Ernie and his wife Mary, Bob (predeceased) and his wife Laura, and Shirley (predeceased).
Sheila passed peacefully at the Milton District Hospital with her daughter Angela and
former husband Don by her side.
A long-time resident of Milton (1962 till passing) she worked as a Secretary for many years for
Barber Greene and Wheelabrator Canada and then in accounting for Ultramed.
She had a great love for animals and had several pets over the years, all of which await her. Some of the things she enjoyed were gardening, sewing, dancing, a full bag of Werthers, and she never met a skein of wool she didn’t love. She particularly enjoyed making baby outfits, and donated many to the Milton District Hospital. She was active for many years in the Newfoundland Dog Club of Canada, and in more recent years, the Milton Seniors Center.
Family and friends are welcome for visitation on Thursday March 16th from 9am to 11am and gather for a celebration of life at 11am at McKersie and Early Funeral Home 114 Main St. E. Milton, ON
A light luncheon to follow.
