MOORE; Sharon (nee Witherspoon)- Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at the Norfolk General Hospital. Mrs. Sharon Moore of Simcoe at the age of 75. Beloved wife of Wayne for 56 years. Loving mother of Jason (Bobbi). Predeceased by numerous brothers in law and sisters in law. Sharon will be missed by her many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Sharon worked for the Children’s Aid Society for 40 years. She volunteered at Norfolk General Hospital and Norfolk Hospital Nursing Home for 17years. At Sharon’s request, cremation has taken place. There will be a private family interment at Oakwood Cemetery, Simcoe. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Ferris Funeral Home, 214 Norfolk St. S., Simcoe. (519-426-1314) If so desired, memorial donations may be made in Sharon’s memory to Woodhouse United Church Cemetery, Norfolk Hospital Nursing Home Building Fund or the Children’s Aid Society.
