It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Sandra Drake of Grand le Pierre announces her sudden passing. Sandra passed away at the her home in Grand le Pierre on Saturday, September 23rd, 2023, at the age of 53.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are her partner, Ambrose of 4 years; mother, Theresa Drake (Randell Coady) of Fortune; daughters, Brittany Drake of St. John’s and Terri-Lynn Drake (Mitchell Goodyear) of Gander; beautiful grandchildren, Ella and Greyson; sisters, Bonnie Drake (Mervin Kearley) of Grand Le Pierre and Raelene Drake Carroll (Darren) of Fortune; best friend, Greta Rideout; very special lady, Alice Simpson; plus a large number of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Sandra was predeceased by her father, Michael Drake Sr.; and brothers, Michael Drake Jr. and John Drake.
The Family will be accepting visitors at St. Thomas Anglican Church, Grand Le Pierre on
Monday, September 25th
5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Tuesday, September 26th
12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Funeral Service will take place at St. Thomas Anglican Church, Grand Le Pierre on Wednesday, September 27th, 2023 at 2:00 pm. Interment to follow at St. Thomas Anglican Cemetery, Grand Le Pierre.
In Sandra’s memory, in-lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Family.
