Niessink, Rudolph Henry –
Of Collingwood, on Friday June 2, 2023, in his 84th year, passed away peacefully at Campbell House Hospice. Beloved husband of 60 years of Trudy Niessink. Loving father of the late Natalie MacLaurin and her husband Jay. Special grandfather of Megan MacLaurin and her partner Illia Tretiakov. Predeceased by his parents Bernard Niessink and Johanna van de Graff, his daughter Natalie MacLaurin and his grandson Sean MacLaurin. Rudolph was born in Amsterdam Holland and at a young age of 18 immigrated to Canada. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to Chatterson Funeral Home, 404 Hurontario Street, Collingwood. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made either to the Collingwood General and Marine Hospital or to the Campbell House Hospice.
