Obituary For Ronald Clifford Dupuis
October 28, 1933 – March 28, 2023
It is with great sadness that we announce our father Ronald Clifford Dupuis passed away on March 28, 2023, at the age of 89. Ron was born in Beaverlodge on October 28, 1933, to parents Joe and Mary Dupuis. He was the second youngest of 4 siblings, Edna, Charles, Ron, and Mary.
Ron married Faye Harding on March 25, 1955. They had 6 children. Baby Dupuis who passed away at childbirth, Joann, Darcy, Wade, Tammie, and Kevin. We were raised on a farm in the Elmworth area and once the children were out on their own, Ron and Faye moved to Beaverlodge. In his later years, Ron farmed for Fosters. He worked many jobs over the years including owning a water truck, working in oilfield, and logging. He loved the outdoors, hunting, salmon fishing and camping. They would also take a yearly trip down to Quartize, Arizona to get away from the winter.
Ron is survived by his 5 children and their families, Joann, Darcy (Harold), Wade (Shannon), Tammie (Mike) and Kevin (Carla). He had 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; his brother Charles Dupuis and sister Mary Todd.
Ron was predeceased by his wife Faye, sister Edna, his first born and his grandson Brody, and his parents, Joe and Mary Dupuis.
A graveside ceremony will be held at the Halcourt Cemetery May 13, 2023, at 2pm for family and friends.
