RODRIGUES, Eduardo
1935 – 2023
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Eduardo, peacefully on March 21st, 2023 at the age of 87 years old. He was the beloved husband of Auralina Silva and the son of the late Joao Pereira Rodrigues and the late Albertina do Couto Pereira.
He leaves to mourn, his children: Aurelina (Antonio Silva) and Jose (Murielle Duclos); his grandchildren: Kathie, Natalie, Miguel and his great-grandson Tiago, as well as his wife’s children: Alda, Elizabeth and Jose. He also leaves behind his beloved sisters: Lurdes, Belmira and his brother Jose, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
He was predeceased by his first wife Odilia Furtado, his brother Joao (Lurdes) and by his sister Ilda (Jose).
Visitation will take place on Wednesday, March 29th, 2023 from 6 pm to 9 pm at the Coopérative funéraire de l’Outaouais, 95, boulevard de la Cité des Jeunes, Gatineau, Québec. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 30th, at 11 am at Notre Dame de Fatima Church, 42 Hanson Street., Gatineau, Québec.
