On September 3, 2023, at 74 years of age, Rick passed away peacefully with his partner of 29 years by his side.
He will be lovingly remembered by Karen; his step-children, Kait, Matt (Mike); his son, Mark (Luisa); his brother, Jim; his pride and joy, granddaughters Zoey and Ivy, and his extended family and friends.
Rick was predeceased by his brothers, Stan and Terry; sister, Linda, and youngest son, Robbie.
We wish to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the staff at The Edmonton General Caritas, for their kind and compassionate care.
In keeping with Rick’s wishes, no service will be held, but those wishing to honour his memory, may do so by donating to The Alberta Lung Association or The Edmonton Humane Society.
