It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of
Raymond LeBlanc, 89, of Moncton, on Monday February 27, 2023 at the
Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born in Bouctouche, he was the son of the
late Honoré and Rosaline (Duplessis)
LeBlanc.
Raymond is survived by his wife, Helene LeBlanc; children:
Raymond LeBlanc (late Gloria), Thérèse Goguen
(Ronald), and Yvon LeBlanc (Jocelyne); four sisters: Beatrice, Yvonne,
Jeannette, and Therese Caissie (Rodrigue); one sister-in-law, Emma
LeBlanc; nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, as well as
several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two
daughters: Diane LeBlanc and Bernice Gallant; one granddaughter,
Angela; one great-grandson, Austin; and four siblings: Laurie, Henri
(Aline), Olivier, and Marie (Evarice).
Raymond will be greatly missed by those who had the
opportunity to meet him and he will be especially missed by his loving
family.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and
Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (506-858-1900) where the
funeral service will be celebrated on Friday March 3 at 11 am.
Visiting hours are Friday from 10 am until time of funeral. Interment
will be at Our Lady of Calvary cemetery in Dieppe. In lieu of flowers,
in memory of Raymond, a contribution to the Canadian Cancer Society or
a charity of the donor’s choice would be
appreciated.
