It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Ray Branton on Aug 14, 2023, at the age of 87 years. Predeceased by his parents, Sarah and Caleb, his son Mark, his granddaughter Charlee-Rae, son-in-law Frank, his brother Eldridge, sisters Viola and Irene, and mother-in-law and father-in-law Alma and Silas.
Leaving to mourn with loving memories, his wife, of nearly 61 years, Grace, children Toni, Neil (Juanita), Darrel (Mary), Perry (Frances), Bryan (Tina), Warren (Rhoda), and Monique (Ross), 17 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Sister Florence, brothers Doug, Les, Eric, Harvey, and numerous in-laws and nieces and nephews.
Cremation will take place. Visitation will be held on Thursday, Aug 17, 2023, from 10am to noon with funeral service immediately following at Faith United Church in Thornlea.
