Obituary
With broken hearts, the family of Paulette Joan Fraser announces her passing on January 31, 2023, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John on February 14, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Nellie (Guthrie) McLaughlin.
Paulette enjoyed playing bingo and doing puzzles while watching game shows. She was a woman of faith and took great comfort in the lord. Paulette will be greatly missed.
Paulette is survived by her loving sons: Dwayne Lent and John (Kim) Lent; sisters: Iris (Tom) Verner and Kathy Bacon; grandchildren: Gregory, Brianna, Ethan, Tyler, Savanna, and Cassidy; as well as nieces and nephews: Tabatha (Darren), Alan, Krista, and Katilyn.
Besides her parents, Paulette was predeceased by her beloved husband Bob Fraser in 2019, infant brothers Cecil and John, and grandson Andrew.
Arrangements are entrusted to Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424). Visitation will take place on Sunday, February 5, 2023, from 2 PM – 4 PM and 6 PM – 8 PM. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 6, 2023, at 10 AM. Interment will take place on Grand Manan Island in the spring. Donations in Paulette’s memory can be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
