Passed away on December 31, 2022 at Greater Niagara General Hospital. Loving wife to Derek. Devoted mother of Carol Elizabeth (d. George Sweeton), Simon Paul (Daneile), Mark Andrew (Emma) and Nicola Jane (Dave).
Cherished Grandmother to Christine, Michael (Amy), Sara, Heather, Kevin and Carla. Doting Great Grandmother to Avery, Maya, River and Sigi. Predeceased by her siblings Peter and Valerie.
Dearly remembered by her nephew John Hardwick. Pat was a successful community actress; she won many awards.
Cremation has taken place.
Donations in memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.
