Obituary
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Norma at the age of 56 years.
She is deeply missed and always remembered by her father Camille, brothers Jeffrey and Kenneth, sister Marilyn, children Romando, Brook and Joshue, partner Arnold, daughter in-law Harmony, son in-law Zachary, godson Matthew, goddaughter Jerilyn, auntie Marilyn and of course all her grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Norma is predeceased by her mother Bernice, the father of her children Raymond, son Gary, brother Richard, sister Yvonne, grandpa Frank, grandma Mary, aunties Vera, Florence, Mary, Rose, Lorraine, Lucy and uncles Harvey, James, and Gordon.
Norma loved taking care of her children. She enjoyed talking away with her friends and family. She always had funny stories to tell, even if you already heard them. Whenever you would go to her about a problem she brought comfort and would always know what to say. She really liked listening to her country songs and always made us smile when she would try to dance. She also liked to go shopping whenever she could and had a great sense of style. If she wasn’t spoiling her babygirl, something always caught her eye for her grandson Liam. Her children made her a proud grandmother. Movies entertained her a lot and she would binge watch all different movies and of course her show The Young and the Restless. Once in a while she would get snacks for her and her partner Arnold to have a movie night in the living room. Norma and Arnold were together for 14 years. They’ve been through thick and thin and she was happy he became the stepfather of her children.
Norma lived a good life filled with joy, laughter and smiles. Even though she is no longer here to hold our hands, she is forever holding our hearts.
