Dr. Neall Stedmann, (also known as Peter Frees originally in Australia), died in his long-term care home at Kensington Gardens in Toronto February 5, 2023 peacefully at age 81, after a battle with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP).
Dr. Neall Stedmann was born December 4th, 1941 in Melbourne, Australia. He studied to be a Chiropractor and Naturopath in Canada, and practiced the majority of his time in Toronto.
Dr. Neall Stedmann also had a pilots license, and enjoyed flying. In the Yukon, he would fly out to different areas to give chiropractic treatments. Even after his days of flying had passed, he often enjoyed watching air shows and attending airplane museums and events. His favourite movie was Top Gun. He also enjoyed film photography, and would often be seen with a camera in hand for special events and family functions.
Dr. Neall Stedmann is survived by his Ex-wife, Judy, and two sons, Shawn and Kevin. Dr. Neall Stedmann was a proud grandparent, and is survived by his 4 grandchildren, Anthony, Charlotte, Zoey, and Gwen.
The grandkids were very fond of him and will be remembered as kind and funny. He will also be remembered by all his patients that he helped, and his many friends. A special shout out to two of his close friends that were there for him during his last chapter of life, Robert and Carmen.
Dr. Neall Stedmann was a very honest man and will be remembered for having an outstanding morale compass. He was a very special individual and will be truly missed.
