LUXTON, Michael David
Served and protected on the Toronto Police Force for 32 ½ years, He retired at the rank of Sergeant, and returned home in 1999.
Michael will be sorrily missed by his wife Margaret of 48 years and by his sister Kathleen.
He now will return to the loving arms of his family, his father Jospeh, mother Dorothy and Brothers Paul and Jack (survived by his sister-in-law Rita).
As per Michael’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A Funeral Mass will be held at Precious Blood Cathedral (778 Queen St E) on Wednesday July 19, 2023, at 11:00am, with Father Hamish Currie officiating. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to the Sault Ste. Marie Humane Society (Payable online www.canadahelps.org/en/dn/12360?v2=trueor by cheque).
