Passed away peacefully at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, Cambridge on Saturday, March 4, 2023 in his 79th year.
Dear son of the late Bernard and Linda Epner. Beloved husband of Elena Epner (nee Stefan). Loving father of William Epner, Erik Epner, and stepfather of Ramona Stefan. Cherished grandfather of Troy and Brooke.
Matt enjoyed his career as a pharmacist from Toronto to Cambridge and he loved helping people with their health. He also enjoyed being involved in politics and participated in the Toronto Estonian community. He was a big storyteller, and he had many to tell.
He will be dearly missed.
Matt’s family will receive relatives and friends at Lounsbury Funeral Home, 1766 Franklin Blvd., Cambridge on Thursday, March 9th, 2023 from 4 pm – 7pm with a funeral service being held at 6 pm.
Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
