It is with deep saddest that the Pike family announces the passing of our beloved mom, Margaret Pike at the Forteau long term care. She leaves to mourn seven children, Elaine (Ralph), Killian (Zita), Priscilla (Francis), Claudia (Maurice), Joseph (Crystal), Neal and Marius (Yolanda). Grandchildren, Derek, Maggie, Jenna, Lanalee, Megan, Felicia, Randy , Chloe, and Damien and great Grandchildren, Lincoln, Wyatt, Amelia, and George. Her brother Martin, sisters Elizabeth, Bridget, Charlotte, Gertrude, Olive, and her sister in-law Susanna MacDonald.
She is predeceased by her husband Matthew, parents Lucy and David Bolger, Granddaughter Christa Pike, sister Josephine O’Dell and brothers David and Lawrence Bolger.
Special thank you to the staff at the Forteau hospital for their care and to the two wonderful homecare givers, Zita Butt and Annie Legge for all your kind help and attention you gave mom.
Friends and family may visit Our Lady of Labrador Roman Catholic church, West St. Modeste on Monday and Tuesday from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m.., from where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 8th at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow the Roman Catholic cemetery in Pinware.
