ARNDT-JAMIESON: Margaret C. “Peggy” –
A resident of Chatham, Peggy Arndt passed away at the Chatham-Kent Hospice on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at the age of 78.
Born in Timmins, Peggy was the daughter of the late Hugh and Viola (McDonald) Jamieson.
Beloved spouse of 26 years to Albert Arndt.
Loving mother of Tina Martin (Adam), Craig Miller, Rosemarie Arndt and Ed Arndt (Rosita).
Proud Grandma to Ashley Naclerio (Matteo), Brittany Northcott (Ryan), Edelle Arndt (Baljot Hansi) and Vincent Arndt.
Great-Grandma to Milo and Scottie Northcott and Lennon Naclerio.
Dear sister to Beverley Ghezzi (Bill), Kelly Jamieson (Susan), Sandra Manfred, Jo-Ann Jamieson, Allen Jamieson and the late Charles Jamieson.
Also missed by nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
Peggy was the proud owner of Peggo’s Shoes in Dresden. She was very dedicated to her clients.
As per Peggy’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Donations made in memory of Peggy to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
