It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Manuel at St. Peter’s Hospital on December 27, 2022 at the age of 79. Predeceased by his parents Luis Dias and Carmelinda Almeida. Dear brother of the late Jose Luis (Elda), Diamantino (Maria), Angelo (Fatima) and Luis (Erondina). He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends in Portugal, Canada and the US.
A special thanks to the staff at St. Peter’s Hospital for their care and compassion.
Visitation will be held at Friscolanti Funeral Chapel (43 Barton Street East) on Thursday January 5, 2022 from 2-4 pm & 6-8 pm. A funeral mass will be held at St. Mary’s Parish on Friday January 6, 2022 at 10 am. Internment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Burlington.
In lieu of flowers donations to St. Peter’s Hospital would be greatly appreciated by the family.
