Lorraine Hogan
Lorraine Hogan (nee Beauregard) was born in Hull December 29, 1932.
She and her brother George and sister Constance had a wonderful childhood.
When Lorraine was 21 she met Brian Hogan, who would be the love of her life.
Last year in September Lorraine and Brian celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary.
Sadly, Lorraine was afflicted with dementia and died peacefully at the age of 90 on February 20th at the Perley home with her family at her bedside.
But the dementia was not who Lorraine was. Lorraine was stunningly beautiful, and always dressed to the nines.
Everywhere Lorraine went the party followed. She was full of music, full of life, always ready to dance.
Her many relatives remember how she would break into the Coconut woman dance at every backyard party and soon everyone would be on their feet.
Lorraine was all about family. Her husband Brian, her children Sandra (Claude) and Sean (Suzette) her six grandchildren and her two great grandchildren were Lorraine’s world.
Friends may visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry 315 McLeod Street on Sunday March 12 from 10 am – 11am. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 11am. Interment will be held at a later date in the spring/summer.
