August 22, 1963 – December 31, 2022
Predeceased by loving parents Robert “Bob” (1983) and Bonita “Bonnie” (2012) Starr and sister Jocelyn Starr (1982). He will be dearly missed by his extended family and his many friends. Special thanks to the staff at The Salvation Army Center of Hope for their care and friendship. A graveside committal service will take place at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens on Monday, January 9, 2023 at 3 p.m.
