Rice, Kim, passed away peacefully at the Southampton Hospital with family by her side on Monday September 25, 2023 at the age of 63. Loving wife to Allan Rice. Proud mother of Christopher (Megan) Rice, and Jamie (Tori) Rice. Nana to Liam and Tessa.
Dear sister to Scott (Theresa) Hamilton, sister-in-law to Bev (Solveig) Rice and Joanne (Claude) Foy, and aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents Bill & Dawn Hamilton and by her brother Rob Hamilton.
Special thanks to Dr. Cipolletti and the amazing staff at the Southampton Hospital.
A Funeral Mass for Kim Rice will be held at the St. Joseph’s Church, 920 Wellington St. Port Elgin, on Thursday September 28, 2023 at 1 p.m. Interment to follow at Sanctuary Park Cemetery, Port Elgin. A reception to follow at 119 Bruce Rd 15, Cargill.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to The Kidney Foundation of Canada or to the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research.
