WELTON, Kathaleen “Kelly” (nee Archer) – Has passed away January 3rd, 2023 in her 78th year. Kelly is predeceased by parents Wilbur “Webb” Archer and Margaret Stoughton (nee Cook) and sons George and Clarence. She is survived by her husband Walter “Whitey” Welton of Petawawa; her son Richard of Edmonton, AB; daughter-in-law Sharon (Clarence) of Petawawa; grandchildren Scott (Moira) and Chrissy; great grandchildren Amelia, Ethan, and Charlotte all of Petawawa. As an active member in the community, she was the owner of Petawawa Trophies Ltd, a past president of the Royal Canadian Ladies Auxiliary Branch 517 in Petawawa and a member of the Petawawa Community Policing Committee. She will be deeply missed by family and friends. As per her request cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held in her honour at the Branch 517, Royal Canadian Legion, Petawawa on Saturday, January 14, 2023 from 1-3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Alzheimer’s Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
