Catherine (Kate) Jane Radstake of Walkerton passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Friday, August 25th, 2023, at Palmerston Memorial Hospital.
Kate will be remembered by her husband, Tim Radstake of Walkerton, by her children, Jason (Blaine), Justin, Shane (Anne), and little Jahvonn, as well as her grandchildren, Emma, Abigail, Izaka, Judah, Arlington and Cohen. She will be missed by her best friend and “sister” Gayle Spencer, and the many other loving family members and friends that supported her throughout her journey.
Kate is predeceased by her daughter, Marissa, and her parents Lorraine and Gerry Radstake.
Kate was a strong woman of faith, who fought hard for those whom she loved, and who believed in treating people with grace and love, as a follower of Jesus.
Friends and relatives are invited to visitation from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 31, 2023, at Cameron’s in Walkerton. A funeral service celebrating of Kate’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 1, 2023, at the Walkerton Pentecostal Church. Livestreaming of the service will be available through “Webcast” below.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to trust fund is in place to support little Jahvonn (Please contact Cameron’s for information on how to contribute) The family would also appreciate donations to the Canadian Cancer Society.
