Julien E. Ruel, 76 of Moncton with his loving wife Sandra by his side, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont University Hospital Centre on Wednesday, June 28, 2023. Born in Albertville, Quebec he was the son of the late Paul and Marie-Claire Ruel. Julien was retired from the Forestry Industry, he was a very artistic man who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time in the great outdoors.
Julien will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 31 years, Sandra Lewis of Moncton; her loving daughter Kimberly Lorette; brother, Eugene Ruel (Barbara); sisters, Yolande Ruel-Gould (Leo-Paul) and Solange Ruel-Gass (Gaetan); several loving nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
