Julian Deonarine Singh, 72, of Georgetown, Guyana, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 22nd, 2023, at Cheltenham Care Community Home in Toronto. He was born on October 17th, 1950, in Georgetown, Guyana, and was the first son of Barbara D. Singh and Parmasar Singh.
He is survived by three of his siblings and their families; his only wife, Catherine Singh (divorced 1975), who lives in the U.K., and his long-time friends, Donna Kennedy and her daughter Grace, and Claire Boultan and her son Brendan.
Julian leaves behind his sister, Rosemarie Persaud and husband Paul Persaud, who live in the U.K.; his brother Joseph Singh, his brother Paul Singh and wife Angela, niece Alexandria and nephew Massimiliano, and his sister-in-law Tanya Singh, nephew Seth and niece Savannah.
Julian was predeceased by his father Parmasar, his mother Barbara (d. 2019), and his youngest brother Peter Singh (d. 2007), late husband of Tanya and father of Seth and Savannah.
Julian will be missed dearly by all of whom were close to him. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, May 29th, 2023, at the Morley Bedford Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 AM on 159 Eglinton Avenue West in Toronto.
