On April 24, 2023, Miss Jeannie Louise Cardinal of Saddle Lake passed away at the age of 88 years. She is survived by her children, Anne (Bill), Patsy (Robert), Vernon, Bev, Vincent (Neva) & Stephanie; Goddaughter & granddaughter, Pamela; 13 grandchildren, Crystal (Rabb), Jennifer (Craig), William, Kim (Kevin), Jonathon, Alyssa, Kris (Vanessa), Tristan, Corey, Amanda (Colen), Amelia (Faron) & Josie; 25 chapans, Jackson, Jessie (Jordan), Kaitlyn, Faye, Amberlee, Kiana, Braydee (Jason), Jaylee (Cole), Jerzee, Knightlee, Deziree, Azzy, Ryker, Gryffon , Ethan, Ayla, Aisha, Jamire, Corey Jr., Lewis, Arianny, Chloe, Shyla, Gavin & Vayda; 5 tanskotapans, Rhiannon, Athena, Kaleeah, Kaizlee, Kolbylee & one on the way; sister, Lydia (Bert) McGinnis; numerous nieces & nephews. Jeannie was predeceased by her parents, Edward & Helen Cardinal; 2 brothers & 5 sisters, Howard (Jean), twins, Albert & Delia, Eva, twins, Annette & Joyce, Evelyn. A Wake will be held on Sunday, April 30 (leaving Grace Gardens at 1:00 p.m.) & Monday, May 1 at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, May 2 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake.
