Brun (Cormier) Lilianne, Moncton, age 90. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mom Lilianne Brun at the George Dumont Hospital on April 25th, 2023.
Mom was born on November 11th, 1932, in Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, New Brunswick. She was the daughter of the late Alban Cormier and Suzanne (Cormier) Lirette.
She is survived by her loving husband Roméo of 68 years and her six children: Suzanne (Joseph), Philippe (Lou), Jeannette (Chris), Louis (Pam), Eric (Joni) and Angela (Marco), as well as14 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her 7 sisters: Alice, Irma (Joe), Lucia, Noella, Andréa (James), Rose-Mai (Eugene), Anna (Harold), sister-in-laws Louise, Yolande and Yvonne. She was predeceased by her brothers Acquilla, Edouard, Paul and Léo.
Mom was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother and a good friend. She was an amazing woman who was loved by all and will be sorely missed.
Visitation will be held from the Ste-Thérèse-d’Avila roman catholic church slumber room, Cap-Pelé, on Friday, April 28th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm only. Funeral mass will be held in the church on Saturday, April 29th at 10:30 am. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
