Cap-Pelé, NB – It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Catherine Williams Brun, 82, on Saturday, April 22nd, 2023 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton.
Born in Cap-Pelé, she was the daughter of the late Médric and the late Dora LeBlanc (Cormier).
Catherine will be greatly missed by her daughter, Gisèle Williams of Bas Cap-Pelé; her sons: Aldé (Julie) Williams of Shediac Cape, and Paul (Josette) Williams of Moncton; her brother, Emery (Anita) LeBlanc of Grand-Barachois; her sisters: Alice (late Aquila) Cormier of Cap-Pelé, Aline (late Roger) Dupuis of Grand-Barachois, and Doreen (Danny) Melanson of Shediac; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband, Laurent, and her second husband, Donat; her sisters: Lorraine, Shirley-Ann, and Judy; as well as four infant sisters: Louise, Leona, Marie, Marie, and Judy.
As per Catherine’s wishes, there will be no visitations. Funeral service will be held at Sainte-Thérèse d’Avila RC Church in Cap-Pelé, on Friday, April 28th, 2023 at 10:30am.
Donations in Catherine’s memory can be made to Boîte à Lunch (École Donat Robichaud).
