SHORTT, Helga
Peacefully at her residence in the presence of her faithful fur baby. Born August 23, 1935 in Colonel, Germany and died January 7, 2023 in Collingwood, Ontario. Predeceased by her son Joseph, and parents Bertram and Anna Schallenberg. Helga was a very faithful friend to many. She loved her companion dogs, enjoyed kayaking and sailing. Private Cremation arrangements. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 63 Elgin Street, Collingwood on Thursday February 2, 2023 at 11 o’clock. In memory of Helga a donation to the Georgian Triangle Humane Society www.gths.ca would be appreciated.
