Peacefully, with his daughter by his side, on Saturday, December 31, 2022, at Bluewater Health, Gordon Best passed away at the age of 76. Beloved husband of the late Christine (2008). Loving father of Sarah Best and her husband Justin Walker. Treasured Granddad of Thomas Walker. Dear friend of Phil and Beth Nelson. He will be missed by all of his team members and managers at Tim Hortons. Gordon was the proud owner of three local Tim Hortons restaurants. He was very active with and supportive of the Sarnia Girls Soccer Club. Above all, he will be remembered as a devoted Dad and Granddad. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Gordon’s life will be held at the Sarnia Golf & Curling Club, 500 Errol Road W., Sarnia, on Monday, January 9, 2023, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to Sarnia Girls Soccer Club (cheques only at the funeral home please).
