It is with sadness the family of Gary Armand Goguen announce his passing which occurred at Turnbull Nursing Home surrounded by his family on Tuesday July 4, 2023.
Gary was born in Saint John June of 1951 the son of May Goguen of Saint John and the late Armond Goguen. Gary was a Stager and High Rigger and worked at the Saint John Dry Docks for many years. He was a devoted son, husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Along with spending time with his family, Gary enjoyed fishing, the outdoors and whale watching. Those who knew and love him will miss him forever.
Gary is survived by his wife Catherine (Penny) Goguen of Saint John; children Gary Goguen (Cindy) of Ontario, Jodi Goguen (Andrew) and Angela Goguen both of Saint John; grandchildren Christopher, Brandon, Shane, Faith, Brook, Mikayla, and Keenan; several great-grandchildren; brothers Glen Goguen, Terry Goguen and Gina Goguen; mother-in-law Barb Gale (Paul Jobes) of Saint John; nieces, nephews, and friends.
Along with his father, Gary was predeceased by his first wife Faith Goguen and stepdaughter Tiffany.
