Peacefully entered into rest at Picton Memorial Hospital on December 31st, 2022, Gail Burns (nee Williams) died at the age of 73.
Wife of George Johnston of Demorestville, Gail was the daughter of the late Norman and Ruby Williams. Sister of Faye (George) Henley of Cherry Valley, Doug (Sharon) Williams of Oshawa, Mary (Ron) Markland of Picton, Kathy (late John) Hill of Picton, Diane (Barry) King of Cherry Valley, Lori (Dan) Williams of Belleville, Laverne Williams of Cherry Valley, and Roy Williams of Victoria, British Columbia. She is predecased by her brothers Terry, Glen, and Ray Williams, and her sister Joyce Steenburgh.
Gail was the loving mother of Angela Lewis (Gord Jeffery), and the grandmother of the late Kevin Lewis, Echo (Cory) Steenburg of Picton, Dustin Lewis of London, and Kyle Lewis (Lindsey Ryan) of Picton. She will be always loved and remembered by her many great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
