It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Ernie Alexander Balaneski, on December 21, 2022, in Edmonton, Alberta, with his boys at his bedside, at the age of 80. Ernie will be forever missed by his loving sons; Allan (Cathy), Mike and Curtis, beautiful grandchildren; Andrew, Ashley, Wyatt, Kaitlyn and stepgrandchildren; Brett, as well as his brothers Nick, Sam, Ken (Judy) and Larry, sister Annie and numerous nieces, nephews, dear friends, and extended family.
He leaves us with many wonderful memories, a one-of-a-kind man who left an impression on everyone he ever interacted with. Gone from our sights but never from our heart!
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January 7, 2023, at 2 p.m at Park Place Funeral Home & Crematorium, 51 Broadway Blvd, Sherwood Park, AB T8H 2C1, with reception to follow for family and close friends
A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the summer, date, time, and location TBD. Friends and family will be notified
