Obituary of Edmond Garrett Braithwaite
Edmond Garrett Braithwaite, a resident of Sarnia, passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at Bluewater Health, Sarnia at the age of 74. Born in Toronto, the son of the late Henry and Joey (Hooper) Braithwaite. Beloved husband of the late Karen (Martin) Braithwaite. Loving father of Mike (Dawn) and Chris (Becca). Proud grandpa of Courtney, Jacob, Chloe and Noah. Dear brother of Patricia Dupuis. He was an amazing father and grandfather and loved family time more than anything! He worked hard his entire life and played even harder. He was an avid, hunter and outdoorsman. He was a bigger than life personality, and a true businessman at heart. His friends meant the world to him, and he would never miss the opportunity to go out for lunch and hang out with them weekly. Nieces and nephews will remember him fondly as he was an amazing uncle to them as well. Cremation has taken place and the family will remember him privately. If desired, donations may be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation or Sacred Heart Church, Sarnia. Online donations and condolences may be left at www.badderfuneralhome.com.
