Prédécédé par son frère Germain (Anita), Omer (Colette), René, Cécile Comtois (feu Marcel) et Robert (feu Barbara). Lui survivent ses petits-enfants Michelle Turgeon, Angèle Beauparlant (Jean-Guy) et Danielle Loranger (Yannick). Arrière-grandpère de Caleb, Mia, Callie, Marcus, Jack et Karine. Edgar a travaillé pour Brewers’ Retail pendant 35 ans. Il aimait pêcher, chasser et jouer aux cartes. Il était membre du conseil 5005 des Chevaliers de Colomb du quatrième degré. La famille recevra parenté et amis à la COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE, 4570, rue St-Joseph le mardi 18 juillet 2023 de 14 h à 17 h et de 19 h à 21 h. Une messe funéraire sera célébrée le mercredi 19 juillet 2023 à 10 h à la Paroisse Ste-Marguerite d’Youville, Val Thérèse. Son of the late Albert and of the late Estelle (née Moncion) Bélisle. Loving father of Normand (Hélène Delorme). Dear brother of Marcelle Dutrisac (late Marcel). Predeceased by his brother Germain (Anita), Omer (Colette), René, Cécile Comtois (late Marcel) and Robert (late Barbara). Cherished grandfather of Michelle Turgeon, Angèle Beauparlant (Jean-Guy) and Danielle Loranger (Yannick). Great-grandfather of Caleb, Mia, Callie, Marcus, Jack and Karine. Edgar worked for Brewers’ Retail for 35 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and playing cards. He was a Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus council 5005. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4570 St-Joseph Street, Hanmer, Tuesday, July 18, 2023, from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Paroisse Ste-Marguerite d’Youville, Val Therese.
