1959-2023
It is with profound sadness that the family of Dorothy Jean
Campbell announce her passing on January 1, 2023. She passed at the
Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville after a lengthy battle with
COPD at the age of 63. She was born June 27, 1959 and was the daughter
of the late Milford and Pauline Campbell. Besides her parents, she was
predeceased by her sister, Shirley Hamilton, brothers, Alfred Campbell
and Eric Campbell and brothers-in-law Donnie Hamilton and Richard
Hazlett.
Dorothy is survived by her spouse, Mike McLean of Pole Hill;
daughters, Amanda Campbell of Edmonton, AB, Amy (Allen) Killam of
Northampton, Ashley (Jason Ayles) Demerchant of Port Coquitlam, BC and
Ariel Demerchant of Fredericton; grandchildren, Adrianna Boyer, Anna
& Addison Killam, Jersey, Peyton, Morgan & Maverick
Ayles, and Mercy Crandall; great grandchildren Demarco & Ayla
Boyer; sisters, Brenda Hazlett of Fredericton, Darlene (Frank) Savoy
of Ashland, Norma Campbell of Pole Hill, sister-in-law Kim Campbell of
Pole Hill; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at the Britton Funeral Home, 2 High
Street, Hartland on Thursday, January 5, 2023 from 6 to 8 p.m. The
funeral service will be on Friday the 6th at 1:00 p.m. from the Lorne
Britton Memorial Chapel with Pastor David Wilcox officiating.
Interment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery in Hartland at a later
date.
If desired, or in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to
the family through the funeral office.
