Hohenadel, Donald Joseph –
Passed away peacefully, on Friday, March 3, 2023 at the Allendale Long Term Care Facility in Milton, Ontario. He was in his 90th year. Donald, born and raised in Guelph, Ontario, and had a long career in the automotive parts industry with various Ford Dealerships in South Western Ontario. He enjoyed spending time with the family and was known to be an affable, kind and gentle soul.
He was predeceased by his wife Joan (nee Davis) and 3 of his 5 children Joseph, James and Linda. He is survived by his son Anthony Hohenadel and his wife Deborah Hohenadel (Nee Gallant), grandchildren Michael and Stefanie, great-grandchildren Marie, Wilkie, Tycho and by daughter Arlene Ruth Hohenadel, his sister Mary-Lou Cook (nee Hohenadel) and her husband Larry Cook and brother Randall Hohenadel and his wife Janice Hohenadel (nee Alexander) and by his companion over his last years, Marg Hewitt.
It was Donald’s choice that there be no funeral service, that he be cremated and his ashes be interred with his wife and predeceased family members at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Guelph, Ontario. There will be a Celebration of Donald’s life in conjunction with his interment on Tuesday, June 13, 2023.
